Wellness Programs: Our wellness programs are designed to help seniors maintain their physical and mental well-being. These include Group Exercise, Tai Chi, Line Dancing, a Walking Club, and other fitness sessions tailored to seniors.
Workshops and Support Groups: Learn something new or get advice on important topics like health, aging, community awareness and caregiving through our free workshops and support groups.
Nutrition Assistance: We provide nutritious meals to seniors at the center, ensuring access to healthy, balanced food options while fostering a sense of community. Our meal programs not only meet dietary needs but also offer opportunities for socializing during lunches. Additionally, we offer a Nutrition Class to further support healthy living.
