As ElderServe’s CEO, Tim is leading efforts to enhance support for West End seniors and families. Under his leadership, the organization continues to provide essential services, including activities and adult day care, while fostering community collaboration. With ongoing redevelopment in the area, ElderServe is driving progress and revitalization, ensuring a brighter future for those it serves.

Jill is the Director of the Adult Day Health Center. With 30 years of corporate experience, she has built a successful career in Operations Management, as a Master Trainer and an Insurance Broker. She is deeply committed to making a difference within underserved communities. Her passion is to help create and improve access to vital resources for seniors.

Tiffany Peralta-Ellis brings over two decades of dedicated leadership to her role as Director of our Senior Center, guided by a lifelong commitment to service. Raised by a pastor, she learned early the values of compassion, accountability, and faith-driven purpose.

Her career spans operations management, senior care auditing, long-term care, primary care, and senior pharmacy. Inspired by her grandparents’ experiences, she advocates fiercely for the needs and dignity of older adults. Her leadership reflects integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to enriching the lives of the senior community.

Shawntá serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of ElderServe, supporting the organization’s mission to empower older adults. With a strong background in administrative management and organizational support, she plays a key role in coordinating executive operations, managing communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions. Dedicated to efficiency and excellence, she works closely with leadership, staff, and community partners to enhance ElderServe’s impact.
