Director, Senior Center

Andrea Cook, Senior Center Director, is also a longtime volunteer for various organizations, as well as current Program Coordinator for Shawnee Transformation Youth Coalition (STYC). She's on a mission to rebuild programming and community engagement that will enhance the lives of our elders and youth. She has a master's degree in Human Resource Leadership from Sullivan University. She is looking forward to fostering a relationship with you.

Director, Adult Day Health Center

Jill is the Director of the Adult Day Health Center. With 30 years of corporate experience, she has built a successful career in Operations Management, as a Master Trainer and an Insurance Broker. She is deeply committed to making a difference within underserved communities. Her passion is to help create and improve access to vital resources for Seniors.

Business Manager

Raymond brings over 30 years of corporate experience in banking, insurance, merchant services, financial services, and wealth management. He is currently a licensed financial advisor with the North American Securities Administrators Association, and a Life Insurance Agent with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Raymond has a strong passion for improving the lives of our underserved communities through partnerships and relationships, and is looking forward to serving you.

Executive Assistant to CEO

Shawntá serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of ElderServe, supporting the organization’s mission to empower older adults. With a strong background in administrative management and organizational support, she plays a key role in coordinating executive operations, managing communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions. Dedicated to efficiency and excellence, she works closely with leadership, staff, and community partners to enhance ElderServe’s impact.
Passionate about serving seniors, she brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support ElderServe’s vision. She looks forward to continuing to support the organization’s mission and serving the community with dedication and excellence.
