The ElderServe Champion for the Aging Award is presented to an individual in recognition of outstanding commitment to improving the lives of older adults.

Please join us as we honor Mary Haynes, President and CEO of Nazareth Home and Nazareth Home Clifton, as the 2018 Champion for the Aging Award recipient.  We also want to extend our gratitude to Kent H. This year’s luncheon will take place on Friday, June 8 at The Seelbach Hilton, Medallion Ballroom 500 S. 4th Street, 40202

11:30 – noon (networking)

noon – 1:00 (program)

 

Parking Options: There are several options available for parking at or near the Seelbach.  The Seelbach offers a $12 valet parking option for the day. The hotel garage, operated by PARC, is accessible from Muhammad Ali Blvd (between 4th and 5th) or at 523 S. Fifth Street for $2 per hour.  There are other public garages and surface lots near by.  The 4th Street Live garage is located at 425 S. Fifth Street, the fee is $6 for 1-2 hours.
