Fiduciary Accounting Assistant

The Fiduciary Accounting Assistant’s primary role is to provide accounting assistance and technical support to the Fiduciary Program Manager and assists the Case Managers in managing clients’ financial affairs and providing for their needs. The assistant will also perform monthly billing for the agency’s HomeCare and Adult Day programs. This position reports to the Fiduciary Program Manager but will also work closely with the Director of Finance and Administration as well the agency’s HomeCare and Adult Day program managers on billing activities. Sales Representative -- Adult Day Health Center

The Sales Representative is expected to grow revenue at ElderServe’s Adult Day Health Center at 631 S. 28th St. A successful sales manager will meet budgeted occupancy for the centers. Home Care Specialist

HomeCare Employment

ElderServe’s HomeCare specialists must pass a drug screen and criminal background check, as well as receive regular training.

This is a Part-Time position, working based on client needs.
Flexible work schedules available.

Job Skills/Requirements:

HomeCare Specialists provide personal care and/or housekeeping duties that could include bathing, house cleaning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and laundry. High school diploma or GED required as well as one year minimum work experience. CNA license is desirable. Home Care Specialists must provide their own transportation. Mileage reimbursement is provided by ElderServe.
