Legislative update: Since 1965, the Older Americans Act has provided for vital services for older adults in our community. From meals to personal care to protecting vulnerable adults, the Older Americans Act is essential to the well-being of our nation’s Greatest Generation and beyond. On October 30, Congress will vote on whether or not to continue the Older Americans Act. Let your legislator know now that seniors are important and the Older Americans Act should be reauthorized.
