ElderServe's HomeCare provides non-medical services for the elderly or disabled individuals who want to continue living in their own home but need assistance with their daily activities. Supportive care is also provided in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals throughout the Metro Louisville area.

Whether the need is for a few hours a day or all day, short-term respite or long-term assistance, ElderServe HomeCare may be the perfect solution.  Because family members can't always be there, we can help ease your concerns about an aging parent or relative at home alone.

HomeCare Services

Personal Care

  • Assist with grooming/bathing/dressing

  • Help with eating

  • Medication reminders

  • Provide incontinence care

  • Assist with walking

Home Management

  • Provide light housekeeping

  • Help with laundry

  • Change linens/make beds

  • Assistance with grocery and other shopping

  • Pick up prescriptions

  • Prepare and clean up after meals

  • Assist with pet care

Respite - provides relief to caregivers for brief or extended periods of time

  • Sitter service

  • Offer companionship and conversation

Rates

  • Hourly Rate (3 hour minimum)..............................$17

  • Holidays & Weekends - rates may vary

  • Mileage charges may apply

Concierge Service - designed to help you by managing your personal and professional to do list

  • Purchase, wrap and deliver gifts and even help with returns

  • Assist with errands of all kinds

  • Coordinate service calls - all sorts

  • Mailing  and courier services

  • Be an extra hand around the house

  • Organize with the client

  • Handle & coordinate deliveries

  • Coordinate auto maintenance

  • Assist with transportation

  • $25 per hour - 2 hour minimum; mileage charges may apply

Financial Helper - provides assistance with basic personal household finance and paperwork

  • Organize household records

  • Monitor cash flow

  • Establish a household budget

  • Make sure the bills are paid

  • Balance checkbooks

  • Review & analyze bills, statements

  • Assist with forms and paperwork

  • Make phone calls on your behalf

  • $35 per hour - mileage charges may apply
